I use to go to North Bridge Dental some years ago. I only left because of my insurance was switched, however, having an insurance that they are now excepting was excellent for me. I was able to return to North Bridge Dental to receive the same Great service. They offered some years ago.The staff is still caring, loving, and serving the needs of their patients. Everyone is so wonderful from the ladies at the front desk to the Dental, hygienist, and doctors In the back. Everyone in the North Bridge Dental location on Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell Georgia. Go check them out. They will serve you WELL.

Made an appointment for my daughter to get her teeth cleaned. The person I spoke to said they would need to do x rays and the total would be 260.I agreed. Came in for the appointment the x rays were done but they didn’t do the cleaning. I was charged the 260 and was told my daughter has five cavities. When I asked why they didn’t tell me when I made the appointment that they weren’t going to clean her teeth, the person said they’re not supposed to. To me that’s VERY dishonest and disrespectful. If you will lie about that what else would you lie about. Now I don’t know if she really has five cavities or if that’s just another lie. Now I’m out 260 dollars and my daughter’s teeth have still not been cleaned. To top it off when I was leaving the person asked if I wanted to make an appointment for her to get her teeth cleaned for 90 dollars. Are you kidding me. I won’t be back ever. And if you don’t want to be lied to, I suggest you do the same.
